TERMS & CONDITIONS
1 – Booking Confirmation
Once we have processed your booking, we will send you a confirmation email with an invoice. Your place is guaranteed once payment has been received for the online courses.
2 – Payment
Payment must be received in full in advance for the training course for the online courses. Payment can be made through:
a) Credit Card or PayPal on the websiteb) Bank wire transfer or Western Union
2.1 – Fees & Shipping
Prime Plus training courses may be subject to sales taxes, in which case they are inclusive in the fee. Course fees include all relevant course materials and taxes (if applicable). Courses which include free shipping of certificates require 4-6 weeks for arrival at destination. All shipped items are sent through regular postal service without tracking. No guarantee is provided that shipped items will arrive at destination. If items do not arrive at destination, Prime Plus will provide proof of shipment and students agree that this will render shipping services complete and will alleviate Prime Plus of further responsibility or liability related to shipping. Students have the option to pay for premium shipping services which can guarantee delivery. In such instances, a shipping and handling fee is charged, along with any related shipping fees. Students can also pay for regular shipping (including a Prime Plus shipping and handling fee and all related shipping fees) in case materials do not arrive at destination through no fault of Prime Plus. Prime Plus’s will be deemed free of fault upon providing proof of shipment. For online courses free online certificate will be sent after successful completion of course
2.2 – Early Bird Discounts
The early bird discount applies to various Prime Plus courses as listed on a course by course basis. The discount is not available in conjunction with any other offer and places are subject to availability.
3 – Special Requirements
Prime Plus will make every effort to accommodate special requests and requirements that have been notified in advance in writing. Please provide ample notice for special requests.
4 – Course Instructions
Course instructions and Study material will be e-mailed within 24 hours after receiving conformation of full course fee if you have not received your instructions within 24 hours after conformation of full course fee, please contact us at Help & Support on the website.
Prime Plus will not be held responsible for non-receipt of instructions and refunds will not be issued under such circumstances. Upon registering and making payment of any online courses, you will receive your login and password, along with instructions on how to access the course, within 24 hours via e-mail. If you have not received this after 24 hours, please contact us to follow-up. All assessments and assignments, whether written or any other form, submitted by students during a Prime plus course become the property of Prime plus. Prime plus reserves the right to publish any course assessments and assignments completed or submitted by students during a course while maintaining the anonymity of students.
5 – Course Transfers
You can transfer to a different location or different date of the same course free of charge. In order to do so, you must provide a written request at least 24 hours before the start of the course. No guarantees can be made for transferred request and transfers are subject to availability. Transfer requests will be granted at the discretion of Prime plus. No refund will be made in the event of a transfer. Only one transfer will be allowed. Requests to transfer a course must be made in writing and can be sent by through Help & Support on the website. Transfers only apply to in-class courses.
6 – Cancellations
To receive a refund, you must notify Prime plus in writing via e-mail at least 24 hours before the start date of a course, If you do so within 24 hours before the start date of the course, you will receive a full refund minus an administration fee of 40% (plus any sales taxes) of the course fee. If you withdraw for any reason after the start of the course, you will not be eligible for any refund.
6.1 – Non-Attendance
If you fail to attend the course on which you are booked and have not given prior notice in writing to Prime plus according to the conditions listed above then the course fee will remain payable in full and no transfer will be allowed.
6.2 – Cancellation by Prime Plus
Where circumstances dictate, Prime plus reserves the right to change published courses, trainers, fees or venues without prior notice. In the event of a course being cancelled, a refund of the course fee will be made, but no compensation will be paid for any additional costs incurred by registrants. Prime plus reserves the right to expel any students from its course at its sole discretion. All students are expected to adhere to academic policies and conduct in a professional and respectful manner with Prime plus employees, staff, teachers, contractors and other students. Failure to do so may result in expulsion from courses at the sole discretion of Prime plus along with any other reprimand as determined by Prime plus. Students that have been expelled are not eligible for refunds and may only receive refunds at the sole discretion of Prime plus.
7 – Venues & Dress Code
Details of the specific venue will be sent in the course instructions for all training courses. There is no dress code; however, most participants choose to wear smart casual clothing. This is applicable to in house lessons only
8 – Subscription
Any individual that provides their e-mail address through any medium on this website, whether it be through a form or by contacting us through an e-mail address provided on this website, agrees to subscribe to news and offers that may occasionally be sent out by Prime plus or any of its staff members and subsidiaries. Your information is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared with any third parties. You may opt out of the automatic subscription at anytime.
9 – Liability
Prime plus does not accept responsibility for anyone acting as a result of information or views expressed on its training courses including course material. Opinions expressed are those of individual trainers and not necessarily those of Prime Plus.
10 – Refunds
For refunds related to in-class courses, please refer to section 6. For online courses and any other purchases, refunds can be requested within 24 hours of payment by reaching out to Help & Support on the website. Failure to notify Prime puls within the 24-hour period following the payment transaction will forfeit the right to any refunds for purchases. This is done to ensure that students have the opportunity to drop out of their courses or make cancellations to their purchases without penalty. At the discretion of Prime Puls, you may also be allowed to switch courses in special circumstances within 7 days of registration.
11 – Notarization & Authentication
Prime Plus does not provide notarization or authentication services for certificates, either to existing or former students. It is the student’s responsibility to notarize, authenticate, legalize or apostille certificates. Typically, students are able to have certificates notarized and authenticated by contacting the appropriate governmental bodies and following the required steps. If an additional original copy of a certificate or diploma is required for notarization or authentication purposes, students may order this from Prime plus for additional charges.
